I’ve been growing fruit for years, apples, peaches, plums, cherries, and every season I’d lose more than I could enjoy. Birds and squirrels would get the ripe ones before I could, and the rest? They’d hit the ground too hard, bruised and spoiled before they ever made it to the kitchen.
It was frustrating. And I realized I wasn’t alone, friends, family, even strangers online were all dealing with the same thing. All that effort, just to watch your harvest go to waste.
So I decided to do something about it.

How do I store it?
